I began in education, where I developed learning experiences, coached stakeholders, and led engagement initiatives that improved outcomes for diverse audiences. Along the way, I discovered that my greatest strength was not simply teaching—it was solving performance challenges, understanding learner needs, and designing solutions that create meaningful change.
